i am thinking about moving to South Korea

I am am about to get into kiteboarding. Thinking of moving to Busan. How long is the drive from Busan to Muju, or other places to snowboard? How is the cost of living? I would be interested in blogging with anyone who has lived there. or is currently living in Korea. How are the mountains for riding over there?
