Set limits to the picture size

Set limits to the picture size on ../user/[name].Have a look e.g. in to my user account page. Those pictures are really too big... and I could have increased the size.... no clue where the size limit actually is :-)

Once I have the gallery
Once I have the gallery working correctly, all image uploads should be via the gallery upload ui plus an image insertion add-on to the wysiwyg that will let people browse and select images from their albums. This will give us better control of image display throughout the site.
