For All of you who have seen WAR DANCE (highly recommended)

I am seeking a website/contact information on the folks who organize the Kampala National Music Competition for Primary Schools in Uganda at the National Theater. Does anyone know the dates for this competition - are they the same every year? I would appreciate a pointer on where I should go to find this out - have been surfing and to no avail thus far!
