Beyond the tag clouds: a-z indexes

In recognition of the fact that not everyone thinks that tag clouds are the end-all and be-all of navigation, I've put together some A-Z indexes for destinations (http://extra.wikitravel.org/az/destinations), tags (http://extra.wikitravel.org/az/tags), languages (http://extra.wikitravel.org/az/language), and license (http://extra.wikitravel.org/az/license). Links to these, and other, new tools will be included in the upcoming navigation review. Let me know if there's any other way you'd like your content sliced or diced... for examples, would A-Z by title be useful?

Just a cosmetic nit
Just a cosmetic nit, but some of the letters in the index are uppercase and some are lowercase. I gather the destination-recognizing algorithm is smart enough to ignore case, but is there any way to make all entries the same case?

I've changed things so that all new tags will be saved in lowercase and forced the new indexes to display things in lowercase.
At some point when I get the chance, I'll actually update all the old tags in the database to be lowercase...
