You can get an individual blog with any url like http://extra.wikitravel.org/blogs/jani/feed

or all the recent changes with http://extra.wikitravel.org/recent_changes/feed

and it does include feeds.

The one thing I don't think there is is a feed for all site content, but I can whip one up if you'd like it...
