Ohio

We passed a law in Ohio (Nearly a 60/40 ratio split in the election) in favor of banning smoking in all bars, restaurants, and whatnot, unless the place has an outside patio or are a private club. Smokers started bitching, then sued to overturn the law, now the Ohio Department of Health has until June 7th of this year, or else I think it'll become void. Anyhow, I can't go out to a bar that actually respects the law I voted for.

I might sue the state, if they don't start enforcing the law. (Seems that's only way to get things done, nowadays).
