The newest additions are bear meatballs (not bad, if not quite worth the €5 a piece my friend paid for them) and medium-rare smoked elk (tasty!).　Raw oysters aren't new, but should probably have been mentioned; I remain less then convinced about the aphrodisiac bit, but presumably there's a weak correlation between being able to stick your tongue into a soft, wiggly, salty crustacean au naturel and doing a decent job in bed (slurp).
