Cool concept, but the implementation's still got a bunch of problems:
* If you enlarge a thumbnail (which defaults to be too small, methinks), it's not recalculated and looks like shite.
* If you shrink a "preview" size image (why not "full size"?), the image looks good, but at least when right-aligned whitespace is not recalculated, so you get gobs of empty space (cf. this).
* It should be possible to specify the image size, in pixels or percentages.
* There appears to be no way to edit the image description/alignment after it's added.
* Picture alignment should probably default to right.
* Regardless of how the alignment is set, in the editor the image is always aligned left. (Preview/submit show up correctly.)
