I choose Alaska. You know, if you go to Croatia, all you will see are cathedrals, run-down buildings, and some interesting attractions and landmarks. Unless, you're lucky enough to get away from the large cities, or if you speak Croatian and manage to organize excursions.

Alaska, though, at least I imagine, would be awesome because it's more rugged and if you'd like to escape urban sprawl, then where's a better place? Plus, I want to go to Denali National Park.
