My first weekend in seoul was great. Friday night, i met up with michele's friend heather from montreal. it was great to see a familiar face and she told me a ton about life in seoul. I've already called her 3 times for directions and advise, so she's a great resource here. Saturday, 2 of my friends from last year came to visit me.

When I first started teaching in korea, i was amazed that many students could not answer my question, " how old are you?'. It was a very simple and straight forward question, wasn't it? After almost a year in korea, I found myself sitting at home yesterday and for a good 5-10 minutes, I could not figure out how old i was.
